In 2018, Gray Label and Abel joined forces with a shared vision: to craft a fragrance that pays tribute to the extraordinary voyage of a mother embracing motherhood. This collaboration birthed NURTURE, an exquisite scent that has captured the hearts of not only new and expectant mothers but also individuals of diverse genders, ages, and life stages.

While remaining true to its essence, the NURTURE fragrance has evolved to embrace inclusivity and reach a wider audience.

Key Aromas:

Top Notes: Vibrant Orange Blossom, Bulgarian Rose, and Lentisque.
Heart Notes: Enchanting Jasmin Sambac and invigorating Ginger.
Base Notes: Rich East Indian Sandalwood.

When applying perfume correctly, you want to hit all the right spots. It’s important to select the areas of the body that are naturally warm, like the insides of the elbows, chest and the sides of the neck. These areas allow the perfume to be truly enjoyed. If not, the top notes tend to fly away too quickly, and you can be left with a heady scent, or a scent that can smell lifeless.

The fragrance was created by French perfumer Fanny Grau, partner of Abel Nose Isaac Sinclair. Pregnant with their second son during the creation process, Grau selected ingredients for the beauty of their scent profile, as well as their healing properties. Calming rose, energising orange blossom, ginger for its anti-nausea properties and sandalwood for grounding. Please note that perfumes can only be shipped within the EU.

Abel Odor’s simple goal is to create the world’s first natural perfume using the finest non-synthetic ingredients. Founded by New Zealander and former winemaker Frances Shoemack, Abel is named after Abel Tasman - the first European to discover Frances’ home country back in 1642. Their five natural, vegan-friendly Eau de Parfums use mostly certified organic raw ingredients to create unique scents that are designed to evolve on the skin. Frances collaborated with renowned master perfumer Isaac Sinclair to create the scents, sourcing some of the most rare, expensive and exquisite ingredients nature has to offer.
