Order Processing & Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 3 PM are usually shipped the same day whenever possible.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll contact you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery & Shipping Costs
Within Belgium, orders are shipped with Bpost or a trusted courier, always including tracking.
For international orders, we select the most reliable courier for your destination and confirm this once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Deliveries take place on working days during regular business hours. Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
