Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll email you to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected at the pickup point and is returned to us, this is considered a failed delivery. In this case, the actual shipping and return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund before it is processed.

Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
